Our History

In 1970 Tiger Distributing was founded in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, to provide the area with high-quality car wash supplies. After 50 years and three owners, Tiger Distributing is still providing Baton Rouge with the auto detailing supplies and car wash materials as a locally owned business.

In the year 2000, Tiger Distributing purchased a warehouse and showroom at 9661 Chalma Avenue in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. This is the same facility that we proudly call home today!

John Shea bought Tiger Distributing in 2015 from the previous owner and has continued to grow the company by providing the best customer service possible to the Tiger Distributing customers.

Tiger Distributing has consistently offered the Baton Rouge, LA area with the highest quality auto detailing supplies and accessories since 1970. Tiger Distributing was purchased by a long-time Tiger Distributing employee, John Shea, in 2015. As an employee, John had a firm understanding of the importance of quality service and product offering, traits that he makes sure to instill as a priority at Tiger Distributing.

Tiger Distributing believes that it is essential to continue to serve the Baton Rouge, Louisiana area. It is our home base, and keeping the business a locally owned company is very important to John and the Tiger Distributing staff.
